Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 business days. Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.Please note, there may be a 2-3 day dispatch delay during promotional periods. Delivery timeframes may also be impacted due to the increased volumes and/or delays within the network.

Possible Delays
